Multiplier Event in Rethymno, Crete

The multiplier event of the coordinating institution, University of Crete, took place in its Campus, in Retyhmno, Crete, on Saturday 10th of October 2020, face-to-face, with the participation of 51 people- mostly educators. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the participation was limited to this number.

The 4.5 hours event consisted of two main parts, one theoretical and one more practical, based on lived experience.

In the first part the basic concepts of the Backpack ID Project (multiple identities, belonging in a social group, students as auto ethnographers) were presented.

In the second part, the participants who were divided in small groups, were actively involved in a workshop based on their experience on transitions (from one place to other, from a phase of their life to another, etc.).

All participants had the opportunity to take part in interesting discussions on inclusive education for all.
