Samila, the story of my name

My name is Samila, I am 12 years old and am in grade 6. My parents come from Afghanistan. My father moved to Germany earlier than my mother. They only learnt German afterwards. Now, my parents and my brothers teach me many things language wise and more. My cousin is Sammy, that’s why my mother and my aunt wanted to call me Samila. Besides, I have a second name and that is “Ellesa”. That name was a favourite of my father. I am special in that I am very good in writing and able to assist others when they can’t understand something in English. What’s more, I am very versatile and can easily adapt to different people. I have a little bit more life experience than other children of my age since I have two older brothers. In my backpack, I would take my mp3 player and headphones, because I love listening to music; my laptop to play Minecraft; a camera to take great photos; a Harry Potter book and my touch-tone phone to be contactable.
