I am Martina
Hi, my name’s Martina and I was born on the 17th of January 2005 in Borgotaro, near Parma. I have a brother, Andrea, a cat and a dog called Zampa and Pepe, very nice and funny (the cat a bit less)..
I’m a shy girl but if I get to know someone better, I become sociable and generous.
My parents come from two different places in Italy:
My father is from Francavilla Fontana, in Puglia, South of Italy;
My mother is from Solignano, in the hills near Parma, in the region Emilia Romagna, North of Italy.
I’ve always lived in Riccò, a small village in the municipality of Fornovo di Taro, near Parma. The road where I live is very quiet and everybody knows each other: we organise barbecues and dinners and many of us became friends.
In this way I’ve met my best friend, with who I share most of my memories from childhood.
Now I attend the lower secondary school in Collecchio and I had to leave many of my old friends, but I met many nice people as well!
My comfort corner is undoubtedly my soft bed, with my favourite sheets decorated with the UK flag.
I feel I’ve changed during these years but my friends haven’t changed though.
I love listening to music, it is an escape for me. I have a different favourite song more and less every month. My favourite type of music is POP, differently from all my mates and friends who love TRAP/HIP HOP. In April my favourite song has been ‘Next to me’ by the Imagine Dragons, a really beautiful and meaningful song.
